[hpsdr] CW Skimmer and Mercury.

Hi Jeff,

There is an error in the setup instructions, the Ozy_Janus.rbf file must be 
renamed to Ozy_fpga.rbf not to Merc_fpga.rbf .

Sorry about the broken links, they worked fine at the time of writing the 
Help.
