[hpsdr] Ozy Initial Load

So...

I'm trying to follow Graham's instructions to get an program a new  
Ozy, but I'm having a minor issue.  The Ozy comes up as VID/PID as  
both zero in Windows XP Device Manager.  I'm making the assumption  
that this means that my FX2 has some major problem since it should  
come up as the default of 0x04b4 and 0x8613.  I tried shorting J7 a  
couple of times to see if it would cause the FX2 to reset and regain  
its brains, but it didn't change the behavior.  Anyone have any more  
suggestions before I either see if I can rework my Ozy, or wait until  
Magister is released?
