Jeremy:

A VID/PID of 0/0 usually means that your FX2 is not talking to the Host PC.

Is your Ozy one that you built yourself, so it is new/unprogrammed?
Or is it a factory Ozy that once worked that no longer works?

Very different troubleshooting approach, based on what you have.
