[hpsdr] Firmware Update Directory?

Good morning all

A quick question

When I down load the firmware update files for Penelope and Mercury what
directory should these files be in?

I have followed the install procedure and all has gone well until now.
When I run the batch file I receive the error message path not found, so I
guess I have the files in the wrong directory.
