[hpsdr] Penny Whistle Placement

Tim:

My personal plan is to put it centered, against the front wall, PC board 
vertical, and facing rear.
Fins would be horizontal.

I have an exhaust fan in my Pandora box, so I was going to close off 
some of the intake vents
on the fan side of the box, to force the fan to pull air through the PW 
fins, as well
as across the individual cards, using their rear slots as intakes. 

I have not actually mounted it there yet, so I can not comment on RF issues.

If you don't have a fan in your box, then a different mounting would be 
needed.
