[hpsdr] Penelope T2 orientation - additional info

Bruce made some interesting observations with respect to the correct
orientation of the transformer (T2). Irrespective of the actual power
measurements, it seems to depend on a) the pin numbering on the
schematic being correct and b) the correct identification of pin 1 on
the component. I'd really like to know the definitive answer here
since, with Pennywhistle almost completed, I waited until _yesterday_
to reverse T2 as per the errata! Here's hoping I don't have to re-reverse!
