[hpsdr] Mercury V2.9 Question- Mercury clock

Michael pointed out that the silk screen on Mercury and my designation of 
LEDs (in the FPGA code) don't agree. Just to make sure we are all looking 
for the same LED.

D3 (INIT_DONE) is always on as normal,
D4, D5, D6 (LED7, LED6, LED5) are off
D7 (LED4) is on when you  have an external 10 MHz on the AuxClk,
D8 (LED3) is always on (expected as it's the 122 Pll lock indicator)
D9, D10 (LED2, LED1) Blink
D11 (LED0) is off unless A/D Overload
