[hpsdr] Proposal for a new Software project.

Sounds like an excellent idea. May I make a plea that you, or whoever undertakes this task, uses Qt 4 rather than Visual Studio so that the GUI becomes truly platform independent? As I become less entangled with an employer I could even offer some help in this regard.
