[hpsdr] Ozy replacement

Hi All,
 
Greetings, I am in the process of laying out the Hermes PCB and while I am at it I thought of making a sort of low cost ozy to meet the current requirements of fellow HPSDR'ers, this can be a stop gap replacement till the "AUSSIE II"  is available (An ethernet based design which Phil is working on). 
 
If there is enough show of interest I will get cracking and make the PCB,
