[hpsdr] Windows 7

OK. With all the hype on "Windows 7" I have to ask...

1.) Is PowerSDR compatible with "Windows 7" ?
(They talk about some kind of XP Compatibility Mode.)

2.) Does "Windows 7" offer any fundamental advantages over
Windows XP?  (All the reviews compare it to Vista, which I don't
care about. XP is stable, acceptably fast, and "the devil I know.")
