To echo what Bill KD5TFD said, PowerSDR will work in Windows 7 32 bit
(Ultimate edition, at least).

I installed PowerSDR and the USBIO driver yesterday and it worked.  Now, to
make it interesting, this was in a VMWare v6.5.3 (hosted on WinXP) virtual
machine, and it worked!  So that's really compelling that it works directly
on the hardware, if it works virtualized!  This suggests that someone with a
Linux box running VMWare could have a Win7 VM running and use PowerSDR!

The only wrinkle to the install:
1) install .Net Framework 1.1
2) do NOT install .Net Framework 2, as it will not install, and Framework
3.5 is already part of Win7, and will support the stuff that requires .Net
Framework 2.
