Thank you for running these tests.

The results seem high to me.  I haven't measured and lack the equipment
to do so.  I wonder if the results are dominated by the phase noise of
the sig gen?  Might need a really clean crystal oscillator to measure
against.

This is not my area of expertise, so I'll let others chime in.
