Ron, see my data in http://www.spinelectronics.eu/ftp/HPSDR_PN.pdf - 
you need -150 dBc at 10 kHz.
The HP 10811A worst case specs are far from the typical data; the 
10544A should be similar to the 10811A, but I don't have the data on hand.
