[hpsdr] [Q] compile Penny Merge with VS2010?

Hi, I attempted to compile the KD5TFD PennyMerge with the new 
Visual Studio Express 2010 C# compiler. Of course I got lots of 
errors, but for the most part they look like "catalog" and "not 
found .dll" type procedural errors.

Have any of you skilled C# programmers examined Bill's branch to 
see how it might be reorganized or what might be added to satisfy 
the new VS2010 compiler?
