[hpsdr] One other note: compiling PowerSDR NOT for express editons!

Dear Ken:
You'll find that the express editions just won't really work for powerSDR
compiling.  Why?  Because each express edition is for a specific language.
You were using C#, which will only compile PowerSDR project.  Many of the
other projects part of the PowerSDR solution use C or C++, which require the
C++ Express Edition.

So compiling PowerSDR (PennyMerge, as you call it) requires the 'complete'
compiler product (Visual Studio, non-express editions) or else you have to
break PowerSDR up and compile the pieces in the proper tool (C# Express
Edition or C++ Express Edition)
