[hpsdr] Alex availability - Update

Hi Issac and other Alex anticipators,

Here is an Alex update for you and all the others that are waiting so 
patiently.

The toroid manufacturing is scheduled to complete and ship to TAPR on 
April 26th.

The potential long lead time items (ICs) are in the process of being ordered.

The PCBs are awaiting one final test round before they will be ordered.

The procedure is as follows (this is a very simplified list):

1. Receive and inspect the toroids
2. Install one set on existing PCBs
3. Re-test to make sure we have everything right
4. Order the rest of the parts and the PCBs
5. Open the order page
6. Manufacture and test
7. Ship them out!

I would really like to have the order page up by Dayton (May 14), but 
a lot has to  happen in the next four weeks. The lead in to Dayton is 
always very busy, so I am going to guess that the order page will be 
up just after Dayton, i.e., in the last 2 weeks of May.
