[hpsdr] Frequency Calibration in PowerSDR?

I'll see if I can get hold of a GPSDO.

Is the PowerSDR Freq Calibration enabled in the software because it's 
needed for situations without Excalibur?  I can't remember if I used it 
before Excalibur came along.
