Hello Dave,

Just a quick comment concerning #1.

I (and others) have had both WinRAD and PowerSDR running on Windows 7 64 
bit. (The only issue is the demand that Windows 7 64 bit has for signed 
drivers, but there are workarounds for that issue.)

There are some notes about it on the list for those who need information.

I just didn't want anyone to have any misunderstanding about Windows 7 
64 bit and HPSDR.
