[hpsdr] Windows 7 Compatibility Problems

Dave,

I'm running PowerSDR both v1.19.3.1 and v1.10.4.0 on Win 7 x64 without any
problem. It may be that some of the parameters in the Setup are set wrong.

For example in v1.19.3.1 in the Audio tab VAC subtab try to clear "Combine
VAC Input Channels" and "Direct I/Q".

Indeed, the last update installs two patches dealing with program
compatibility issues. Try uninstalling them. I have not yet installed the
last update and everything runs OK. Maybe this is the problem.

Subject: [hpsdr] Windows 7 Compatability Problems

Hi All,

Suddenly, (Presumably following one of Microsofts updates), Windows 7 puts
up a "Program has stopped working and will be closed down" warning when
running up PowerSDR. In fact the program seems to run ok but if you try to
get rid of the warning box PowerSDR shuts down. This happens both with 32
and 64 bit versions of Win 7 and is not helped by running in XP SP2 or 3
compatability modes.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Dave MW0AYM.
