Hi
the situation is worse when the ISP is using fibeoptic cable then converts to
UHF for local distribution, so you end up with crud from LF right up to about
600MHz, there's no excuse for it, if balance cables are properly terminated,
there is not too much radiation.
I consider in 4 pair cables the unused pairs should be terminated too. but that
cost too much to do, according to the ISPs.
