[hpsdr] Tracking Guide

Ham Radio deluxe should also be able to do this..
   You will need a icom CI-V  usb dongle. i found a decent one (CT-17) 
online from Valley Enterprises at amazon.com $25

I have linked my 746 to PowerSDR.
