Assuming you are sampling at 130 msps

You would be able to sample a signal up to ½ the sample rate, that is, the
first Nyquist region, from zero to 65 Mhz. ( reality, you would use a low
pass filter as an ANTI-ALIAS filter to prevent signals of from 65 MHz to 130
MHz, the second Nyquist,  from being ALIASED into  the baseband or first
Nyquist region. 

 

In a perfect world, is the input signal condition circuit will support the
frequency response, you can see what appear to be baseband signals out of
the A/D  up any N'th Nyquist region.
