Chapter 2

This conceptually the same thing as considering the A/D as a mixer that
works on the all the harmonics of the sample rate.  

Note that in the second Nyquist region, the output will be frequency
inverted, in the third NR it will be upright, in the 4NR inverted again, and
so on.

For examples, 

the A/D output for an input of 64 Mhz will be 64 MHz,   

the A/D output for an input of 66 Mhz will be 64 MHz,   

the A/D output for an input of 129 Mhz will be 1 MHz,   

the A/D output for an input of 131 Mhz will be 1 MHz,
