this sub-version of the recently released ...diversity15 (K5SO  
17DEC2010) version:

1)  Fixes a bug that occurred on previous versions when the gain  
"LOCK" button was active on the Diversity Control, and

2)  Adds 45-degree and 180-degree fixed-step phase buttons on the  
Diversity Control to permit rapid and precise fixed-step phase shifts.
