[hpsdr] MicSamples from Penelope

Hi all

My penelope works fine with  two-tone-signal IQ-Data. I can see the 
transmission on a auxiliary receiver.
But when I attach a primitive computer microphone (audio on Tip, bias on 
Ring, no PTT), the mic-samples that I get, are all zero. So, not 
TX-signal is produced. (I have connected Pin1 to Pin14 on DB25 to set 
PTT, but that does not help.

Can anyone suggest, what problem there could be?

I am looking at the micsamples right in the USB-Protocol, not through 
PowerSDR or other...
