[hpsdr] CW with HPSDR

Hello all,

My hardware here consists of a Ozy mini, a Mercury-EU and a Penelope.
Current firmware status is Ozy 1.7, Mercury 2.9a, Penelope 1.2 and PSDR from
SVN 3407.

Installed my keyer paddle this afternoon and got the following result
Keying Dashes - MOX and MON Button yellow - Signal to be heard in other
receiver
Keying Dots - only MOX Button yellow - no Signal to be heard in other
receiver

I verified that the corresponding pins at Ozy FPGA were keyed to gnd.

So what is wrong?
