[hpsdr] [OT, a bit] Club looking for Speaker on SDR...

My friend, James, KB1LOY is a member of a club in White Plains, NY.  The 
club is looking for a guest speaker for their April meeting to talk on 
the subject of SDR.  He'd very much appreciate hearing from anybody 
possibly in that area that might be willing to do a general presentation 
on the subject of SDR.  The club details are:

    The Westchester Emergency Communications Association (WECA). 
    Meet on the 2nd Monday of the month at the Westchester County Center 
in White Plains, NY.
