[hpsdr] no "OZY Host Assisted Firmware Load"

Hi, when I go through the installation procedure for the Atlas + 
Ozy + PSU I do not see LED's on the Atlas.

I do see a single red LED on the Ozy.

When I try to point it to the WINUSB driver I do not see
anything called "OZY Host Assisted Firmware Load"

I have copied the KD5TFD release binaries to my Flex --> HPSDR
directory. I see initozy.bat and other files are present as
expected. But no Ozy seems to ever be found.

I get EEPROM MISSING.

what stupid newb error am I making?
