I would asolutly recommend not using this.  The reason is that your software will "inherit" Intel's restrictions.  Further yu are at a big risk, what if Intel changes the terms.  You put hours or months of work into a project and Intel can at any time pull out the rug.  

The inherited restrictions are very bad.  Such that a teacher could not use it in class because the teacher is being paid.  Yes those words came right out of Intel's FAQ.   

There are enough good open source, multi threaded math libraries that yo do not have to put up with this.   

That said, I bet Intel gets routinely ripped off.  How would they know what you do or if you are getting paid for your work.  I bet this is really intended to protect them from liability.
