[hpsdr] new 100W AMP from Germany on eBay

For those that are interested, I have an update on this amp..

I received my amp kit from Gerd a couple weeks ago. Along with the amp-panel
display.

As with all of the hardware from Gerd, it is clearly of the highest quality,
and looks impressively nice.

After completing the winding of the coils and soldering in the multiple band
switch relays, mounting to the heatsink and getting it all wired in, I have
to say this is REALLY a sweet package.

It is advertised as 100 watts, but it will indeed go over that a bit.

I probably need a little more power supply and a lot more fan, but I am
seeing as high as 137 watts on some bands, before I start to exceed my 23
amp power supply's capability. :)

But I plan to only use this at its advertised limit of 100 watts for normal
operation.

So if your looking for a great solution, in a small package, this is
certainly a great way to get there.

Many thanks to EVERYONE involved in making the whole HPSDR concept grow and
grow...

Walter/K5WH ...
