[hpsdr] Frequency Display Issue

I think I solved the display issue a while ago in my branch.  I haven't had
much feedback, so I am not sure if it is really fixed or if there are other
problems.

 

If you are working with the source, set the frequency TextBox property for
"RightToLeft" to "No"; I think this fixes the problem.  Hermann, give my
branch a try for this and see if you get a correct display.
