[hpsdr] New k9trv KISS branch

Hermann,
Thanks for the details. On your keyboard, does the 'decimal' key on the
numeric keypad have a ',' character? The code is programmed to use
Keys.Decimal, which one would hope is language-sensitive. It is true that
the display of the frequency uses the '.' regardless of language.

The only decimal separator key that is used is that on the keypad. Neither
the '.' or ',' keys on the main keyboard are accepted. If you type the
decimal separator on the keypad, you will see a '.' and not a ',' displayed.

It is looking like in Win7, and maybe Vista, the RightToLeft property of a
textbox is treated differently from how it is treated in WinXP. In XP, it
seems to make no difference, unless possibly one has selected Hebrew or
Arabic, neither of which I could understand. But both you and Phil VK6APH
report that the space between eg 14.000 and 000 causes the final 000 to be
displayed to the left of 14.000. The cure for that is what you originally
came up with: turn off RightToLeft, and set TextAlign to Right. I'll be
looking at the Win7 interpretation of RightToLeft momentarily...

George K9TRV

George,
yes I have a German Win7 version. Unfortunately I only have Win7
Professional - not Ultimate - where you can switch language on the
fly.

If I enter "14" I get "000 14.000". I cannot enter "14.300", which
always led to "000 14.000". Some issue with the decimal point here
(which in the German version is "," not ".") ?
