[hpsdr] Magister or Ozy

Magister is a reduced function Ozy .. it eliminates the DB 25 IO's 
used to control an SDR 1000  and some of the other IO's and options 
most have not used on Ozy.  It retains the DB 9 IO's used for dot, 
dash, and PTT.   If you have an Ozy you don't need a Magister board.
