[hpsdr] Magister or Ozy

Hi Ed,

If you have Ozy, you do not need Magister. The only real necessity 
for Ozy is to interface with an SDR-1000.

If you just want to run Penelope and Mercury (with Excalibur, 
Pennywhistle and Alex, of course), either Ozy or Magister will work fine.
