[hpsdr] LPU Regulators

I had a bad 12 volt regulator on a new LPU I was building and found replacements scarce as hens teeth.
One of our normal suppliers listed 77 week lead time and another 10000 minimum order!
The last price listed at Mouser was around 50 cents, I found a few spares but they were 2.50.
Just a heads up if we run out of 12 v regulators for LPU.
BTW 5 volt version was easier to find.
