[hpsdr] Multiple Rx -- ghpsdr3 on Windows - Mercury FPGA code

Hi Dave

I have been unsuccessful in loading the Mercury4rcvrs FPGA code into  
Mercury using the subdirectory in your SVN.

When I run the program Mercury batch file, I get to selecting which  
Mercury code to install and then select L.

The batch file comes back with the statement "The system cannot find  
the drive specified"

I tried loading Mercury with the with Phil's code from the USB blaster  
SVN and it works without any problems.

Any thoughts on this?
