[hpsdr] Polyphase filters

Mike Gingell who worked for STL did a lot of pioneering work on Polyphase 
filters. He later became KN4BS,  I was lucky enough to work him about 10 
years ago and realised who he was. He was very amused to note the the ham 
interest in his patents in this area and did then  put his original PhD 
thesis on polyphase and some patent info on his home page.

Possibly an approach to him would again make these interesting documents 
available.
