[hpsdr] Novice Help

I tried to upgrade the Mercury Firmware but the Batch file Program-Mercury-EPCS16.bat do not show the latest Altera Quartus Progammer vesion 10.0.

It look like USBBlaster-Binaries need to be updated.

What can I do now to fix the "Invalid Firmware level. Ozy >=16, Penelope>=12 and Mercury >=27 required"  problem?
