[hpsdr] Novice Help

Hi Pat,

The note referred to the new version of the Altera FPGA development software.

It's only needed if you want to modify the existing, or write your own,
FPGA code.

BTW - Altera have confirmed there is a problem loading Quartus V10.0 on
some PCs.
