[hpsdr] Ozy Failure

I have 2 dead Ozy boards in the pile here.. sounds like a similar problem..

  I think mine was  was lightning from the phone line through the wired 
network then into the Usb hub i think.

  One time all network and usb stuff was killed on the computer.  the 
last Ozzy card, that was the only thing damaged..
  thought about trying the replacing of the usb chip (fx2?) but its 
pretty advanced work 4 me.
