[hpsdr] Question about Pennywhistle

Dear friends,

 

Sorry for my english. I've bought a pennywisthle PA, but I've some
questions:

 

1>     The holes for T2 are very small, impossible to put wire, is it normal
?

 

2>     The power output from my SDR is :      32dBm < Power out> 26dBm
(32dBm on 160m to 26bBm on 10m) what do you think about this delta? Because
I have some difficulty to calibrate PA with power SDR (power 15W to 10W),
and I've one problem on 15m, power output is 4W!!!!
