[hpsdr] Heil HC-5 and Logitech skype head set drive problem

First the Heil hc-5 over drives power sdr (vox set to max)
and second the Logitech skype head set under
drives (not enough drive for Penelope) power sdr.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
