Make sure you set jumpers correctly on Penny for a condenser mike for  the
Logitech headset. If you need more gain, you can check "Mic Boost" on
in Setup on Primary audio tab. Don't forget to either manually run  
initozy11.bat
or shut power off to penny for the edit changes to take place.
