Dear Ken,

I found a bunch of RG-400 patch cables (dual-silver-braid shield version of
RG58, like RG214 is to RG213) at the Findlay hamfest/swap last fall.  Toledo
is coming up this weekend.  Maybe some in your area as well.  That's a good
place (swap meets) to look as well!

I've used eBay as a source for SMA-SMA patch cables, and some BNC-BNC
cables.  They're out there!  Pasternak (cited by others) is good, too.
