[hpsdr] Ozy vs Magister

[Bernie Hunt]

I've found all kinds of information that Magister is a short term
solution before a new Ozy, but what is the difference between Ozy and
Magister and why do those differences matter?

 

Being new to it all, I'm not sure what the hardware that was changed is
needed to do.
