Basically Magister just doesn't have all the bits to run an SDR-1000 rig.  If you're using Mercury and Penelope, there's no functional difference between Ozy and Magister.  I can tell you first hand that's the truth, because I use Magister instead of Ozy.

Again, basically just pieces that were used to run the SDR-1000 rigs.
