[hpsdr] PowerSDR VAC CPU load

Hi again,

I see a pretty strange  relationship with VAC and "Display mode":
if I turn "Display mode" off (a blank black screen) there is absolutely
no difference in CPU load with or without VAC. It stays around 7-10%.
