[hpsdr] PowerSDR VAC CPU load

Hello,

PowerSDR loads CPU around 7-10% without VAC .
CPU load jumps up to 30-35% if VAC ports of PowerSDR are in use.
I see the same result with all driver models, input-output devices.
Is it way too much CPU load or normal behavior ?
