Nick, I think he was referring to the Thor project:
Thor is a high efficiency HF power amplifier using
Envelope Elimination and Restoration (ERR) techniques.
Steve, G1YLB, is leading that project.

The pulse width modulation is an intriguing idea
to me and in the spirit of high-performance.
I am waiting for Thor at this time.

There are other amplifiers available.
