[hpsdr] report: no luck with VirtualBox on WinXP

I know this isn't what the original poster was trying to do, but on a
related note, I have been (mostly) successfully running PowerSDR
driving Ozy/Janus/SDR1k from an XP virtual machine under
OSX+Parallels.  The same setup gave USB device errors under VirtualBox
when trying to initialize Ozy.  It's not perfect, as it has crashed
(rebooted XP VM) about once every day or two under continuous use.
